Bombay Food Junkies has been in my rotation for years and I cannot believe I am only now getting around to a review. Local, fresh, great flavors and value. I love a menu that is all vegan and I know I do not have to ask any questions. Eat local.

The shrimp was awesome along with the sauce. The chicken sandwich was good, probably won't get it again. It was "hard to chew". I'm new to the vegan world so I'm unsure if that's how vegan chicken taste. However, it was still good. Better than I expected.

Mushroom rangoon was fantastic! "Chicken" sandwich is yummy too. To go portions seem small (especially fries).

I really liked the fun vibe and setting here. It's a self service restaurant. They have a such great menu with a good variety of plant based, and GF items. I ordered the tikka chick'n bowl served along with fried rice, garlic naan, spring rolls, Hakka noodles, mango lassi and chocolate oat soft serve. The tikka chick'n bowl hit the spot. This vegan version was really tasty than I expected. I"ll definitely get it again next time. Everything else was decent, except the chocolate oat soft serve that had a weird after taste.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Lots of items are uncommon in the typical Indian restaurant. Places like this can turn me into a vegan and not miss meat at all. Pictures of the dishes are available at the Kiosk if you are not familiar with the dishes' names.

When I find something delish it's hard to stray from it. This dish from BFJ hits all the high marks. Crunchy, spicy, cool, healthy, decadent. The chef here really knows their stuff. Even if you're not vegan you'll leave satisfied and smiling. Only complaint was a number of messy tables when we came in a 5 pm.

We used to live in the area before Bombay Food Junkies had a brick and mortar. So, while back for a visit, we had to stop in. The restaurant is in an unassuming strip mall, but the interior is inviting. The walls have been painted with information about veganism and ahimsa. You can use a kiosk to place your own order or order with a friendly staff member at the counter. We chose the latter since we had some questions about the menu's many options. I ended up ordering the Thai tofu with spicy peanut sauce, and my partner got the tikka bowl. My partner enjoyed his meal, which came with naan. I loved my tofu dish...crispy tofu and peanut sauce with just the right amount of heat over a bed of fried rice. Yum! I also ordered the double chocolate oat shake for dessert. Very tasty! It's wonderful to have such good, healthy food while traveling. We'll be back again when on this route.
